I don't have an invitation, or the link has expired

Ask an administrator of your household: they can send you a new one. For now it is not possible to join KeepNest without an invitation.

I lost my phone, or it was stolen

Tell an administrator of your household right away: from the device list they can revoke that phone. From then on the phone can no longer renew its access and, within 15 minutes at most, it can no longer read anything from the server. When the app on that phone reconnects, it deletes what it was holding.

On your new phone, install KeepNest and tap «Sign in with passkey»: the passkey is in the iCloud Keychain of your Apple Account. If you can't find it, choose «I can't use my passkey», then «Request email link».

How do I delete my account?

In the app: at the bottom of Settings, under «Sign out», «Delete account». If you want a copy of your documents, ask for it first with «Ask for a copy of my documents»: afterwards it is no longer possible.

The account is deleted immediately: your email address, passkeys and connected phones are removed, and access ends everywhere. Documents stay with the household, which owns them, together with your profile and the activity log. If you are the last administrator and other people in the household have an account, first invite another adult as administrator. If you are the only one left, the app tells you: if you confirm, the household and all its documents are deleted too. Details are in the privacy policy.

Who can see my documents?

Your household rule, which you read when you accept the invitation, decides it: everyone sees according to their role. Nobody will ever ask you for your passkey or second-factor codes, support included.

Who do I write to?

For invitations, roles and household documents, write to an administrator of your household: those are their decisions. For anything else, including privacy, write to supporto@casachelariu.com.
